Airbnb consumables inventory list

Consumables are small items, but they create big guest problems when they run out between check-ins.

Consumables to track by property

  1. Bathroom: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tissues.
  2. Kitchen: coffee pods, tea, filters, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges.
  3. Cleaning closet: trash bags, paper towels, laundry pods, stain remover.
  4. Guest extras: batteries, light bulbs, first-aid basics, replacement remote batteries.
  5. Set a minimum quantity for each item, not just a yes/no checkbox.
  6. Review the shopping list before same-day and weekend check-ins.
